Children's Stories
These are some of my favorites books and series from long ago. I was reading detective, mystery and ghost stories as a child from the very beginning and these are the well written classics that I was lucky to grow up on. Unfortunately, many of them are out of print and/or don't come with the same quality cover art and illustrations that the originals had. (the Three Investigators Series notably)
The Three Investigators (originally published by Robert Arthur, but after his death other authors continued the series) A collectors classic, this is one of my all time favorites.
John Bellairs series
Here Lies The Body by Mitch Corbett
