Once again, I put this page up just for my personal sanity. Often, it is very late when I think to eat, and as international as Dallas likes to think of itself, it is really lacking in decent 24 hour establishments compared to other metropolitan cities such as Seattle, New York, Washington D.C. and New Orleans. I'm not going to list the greasy spoon corporate chains because most people know where to find those and frankly, I find them rather revolting, though IHOP does make some decent milkshakes. My criteria to be listed here is that the establishment must usually be open PAST 10 PM on the weeknights (Sun - Thurs) and/or 11 PM on the weekends (Fri & Sat) with the kitchen serving actual, decent food - not just the usual appetizer / bar crap like wings and pretzels. I will consider places with specialty Late Nite menus if the variety and quality is good.
