Thinking of putting together a custom first aid kit for your team or to toss in the back of the car for emergencies and camping? I list the essentials plus some other interesting items that you might include. After the generic item description, I usually include a brand that I have found particularly effective and possibly some notes)

If you get everything I recommend, then your kit will more resemble a backpack or a fully stocked medicine cabinet, but hey. I like being helpful. :)

Insect Bites (Benadryl Spray/Gel - itch relief, Chiggerex - for healing, Chigarid - to kill chiggers)

Cold Medication (Theraflu)

Cough Drops (Fisherman's Friend, though some comment it is too strong or off tasting)
